manifold & spark plugs

Where do i get the best deal on a 182 exhaust manifold? for my 172(will also be considering de-cat/sport cat, I like the k-tec set up-but i'm sure there must be better VFM options), I'm sorted for cat-back section.

&

I'm close to a 48K service does anyone have any spark plug recommendations?

standard spark plugs are the best you can get

182 manifolds are VERY hard to get hold of

K-tec is overpriced IMO, try MATT BLACk on here (fitting the manifold isn't cheap BTW)

you gain a certain amount yes, whether its 10bhp or not i wouldn't like to say a defo yes or no, but the 182 mani is defo less of a restriction than the 172 version

Silkoline oil, judging by most of my customers makes a worthwhile difference.

I have not heard of people using denso plugs for ages now..
