Manifolds for clio RSI?

Hi everyone

Im after a 4-2-1 manifold for my Clio RSI (1997) What is availible for my model and werecan i find them from as ive not had much luck?
Also what would people recomenDfor a straight through exhaust system which isnt too loud but more sounds tuned? cheers
