mark ii rear lights

is it possible to get mark ii phase 2 rear lights on a mark 2 phase 1 car? i know the indicators are in different places but maybe ye can swap the wires round?

any help from anyone who knows of this would be apprectiated, thanks

Yep easy enough to do just need to swap the wiring about.

You'll also need to lift up the black tabs slightly with a flat blade screwdriver on the reverse of the connecter - this loosens the wires mate.
(Not clear in the above guide)

cheers i was givin it a wee look before a bought ma new lights and a couldnae manage tae get the wires oot but that'd be why
