yeh i ahve it but im not sure it made a massive difference. feels quite torquey tho compared to a mates 172. hope this helps. your money would be better spent on rs tuner for decent power gains.........(if not already purchased)

defo recommendable , every little helps .

i noticed only a little difference tbh , but after the remap it all came together nicely

It's the best mod you can do on the (especially) earlier RS's

Next thing to do uprated airfilter (bigger cold air feeds, maybe lose the acoustic valve) , like an ITG in the OEM filterhouse ; does a very good job with mine !

After this (do'nt know if your exhaust is already done ?? must!) get a remap from Fastchip or someone closer to home to suit the above mods
