matching bumpers to body

Just wondered how u lot that spray the grey pastic bumpers keep the chrome writting part paint free.. also wheres the best place to get the paint from? any one got pics of mk2 ph1 with this done

what chrome writing? do you mean the side badges, not the bumpers mate?

if so, most when they paint them, paint the base colour on with a can and then fill in the writing in what ever colour you want afterwards with a brush, Middo happens to be a dab hand at this.

Yea sorry, all the black parts running along the door.. where could i get the paint from to do this? my clio's a silver colour?

u cud use masking fluid too....goes on and dries like pva glue...u can peel it off once uve finished painting
