About the same as any other. You're still going to see it's been touched up, but you might get away with it more with there being no real finish to the paint.
Nothing yet. Am thinking of using a matte or satin paint on something though rather than a gloss/lacquered finish. Is likely to get chipped and scratched though during use so easy touch up would have been a benefit.
Ah right, touch ups usually catch your eye on gloss finishes obviously due to the reflection being different at that spot. No reflection on matt finishes should make it blend in a little more.
