well here is the finished boot

not 100% happy but nearly there, threre are a couple of bits that I am going to retrim but leaving as is for the next few weeks.

Now to strart on the fornt end . . . .

cheers guys - yes it weighs lodas and now takes 30 mins to take out so I have trye foam at the ready!
