Meets for may

I'll be there for 9:30am... Whats the crack with grouping? All cliosport.net club members together? (Sorry if this is a noob question but its my first meet :anguished:)

I will be taking the A59 then the A61 route to Newby Hall...
 
We've changed it to renaultsport instead of cliosport club as we should hopefully get out with all the other renaults and should be a much bigger group
 
Still showing 4 Clios listed under Cliosport.net, just hoping he's not updated the site and just waiting for final numbers before issuing the parking plans.

you can log into CITP website, go to my details and update Group to Renaultsportclub.co.uk.
This won't affect your ticket if already printed as that only state Reg plate and Car Type but not club

I will apologize in advance for my howling\squealing brakes... bedding in some Mintex M1144 pads with my Brembo HC discs at the moment! :smirk:
 
Well looks like we are going to have a good turn out of clio's then!! Just hope i can get mine clean with working till 5 today and 6 tomorrow think its going to be some nights out cleaning into darkness! 😂😂

If your not part of a club/group you get grouped by country.... so will just have to wait and see the final parking plan we he issues it.
 
Well managed to the car cleaned all be it finished at 8:45 i suppose with the amount of people going im sure they will come and check out all the frenchies although it would of been nice to have been put abit more near the front
 
Looks like we've been postioned better now for tomorrow just need to find some motivation to give the car a clean today
 
Grrr spent 3 hours cleaning today, got one side coated in gold class and the rain came down in buckets. I expect my car to look shyte in the morning. Went to get the quick detailer from the shed to give it a go over in the morning and theres a hole in the bottom of the bottle! Put me at the back, it's going dirty:laughing:
 
I spent a good few hours cleaning her! Even cleaned the engine :frowning:, see you all at 9 at the service station who's meeting there
 
Shiny car is now a wet car!...few microfibres and some Demonshite for tomorrow then...be at services for 9.

Crakcing day yesterday lads, nice speaking with the folks I drove up to Newby Hall with. Sorry i didn't catch any more folks.
All our cars were looking splendid though representing the Frenchies well. Nice photos @Tobz_mw

Some of the cars that turned up were just awesome, the XJ220 and that BMW M1 gorgeous!!

As for the next meet i was just wondering when you guys would be up for the next one? I know the clio sport festival is on in july at blyton park if you guys are up for that??
 
I'd be up for a local meet prior to that if we can get numbers together, I recall Dann2707 mentioning he'd get a meet organised soon but just noticed he isn't the area admin anymore! But yeah I'd be keen for a meet.
Think I'm just going to get a Saturday ticket for Cliosport Fest and blast over to Blyton in the morning.
 
Who's the new area rep then? :grin: That's probs why posts are quiet maybe

I would be cool with having a meet prior then, i will probably just get a ticket for the saturday aswell as i won't be going on track. @Sj1782 i found mr inferno aswell he lives near asda so going to go pop a flyer on and see if we can get him to come along on future meets:tearsofjoy:😂

Yeah leave a flyer lol see if he's interested! I'm away this weekend and busy all next week, trying to find time to replace my blowing exhaust gasket and find somewhere for a mot!
 
I'd be up for a local meet, weekend only though for me I'm afraid. I've just had a look at the ClioSport weekend and didn't realise Blyton was so close! Might be up for the Saturday there too.
