Megane 225 oil leak!

Mates 225 has a leak somewhere at the bottom of the engine, its at the back, fairly central, and only drips when ticking over. Engine appears to be running fine, no power loss or smoke of any colour.

any suggestions?

Exhaust joint leaking when cold, water dripping on to dried oil on the under tray thing!
