Megane 4RS 280 - Battery programming?

Hi all

Looks like I need to replace the battery in my megane (2018 4RS 280).
Google has failed me (or I have failed it?) on if it needs to be re-programmed once changed.
Does anyone on here know?
If it does what is the best way about it? I have had some OBD adapters on other VAG cars (OBD11 etc) so not sure if similar exists for Renault!

If it's anything like the Mk3, when the battery has been off it asks you if it's new with a Yes/No on the dash.

That's all that should be needed.
