Hi, the part number is 82 00 308 061 I think and here is a pic of it fitted to my car

how do you fit them. Do you just screw them on to the original plastic bit?

Nah you get some rivets with it and use them to attach it to the standard plastic footrest. You need a rivet gun and the rivets expand and pop and this attaches the new on to the old one.
