i currently have a clio 1.2, and want to get a more powerful version. I have been looking at 1.4 or possibly even 1.6 if insurance wasnt too high, i was just wondering since second hand meganes and clios are around same price, would i be better getting a megane 1.6? since its bigger, how would this afffect insurance? and which is faster megane 1.6 or clio?

Meganes are far too girlie.........unless youre thinking of going into the hairdressing business?
Stick with the clio, Id say they are a tad lighter than the Megane and so better on performance but dont quote me on that.
get a clio RSi !! 1.6 16v !! Look very nice with the double optic lights etc !! faster than a megane coupe aswell !!
he has a mk2 phase 1 grande 1.2 !! And a mk1 1.8 RSi or 16v is too much of an insurance jump !! As he said 1.6 max !!
