It's roughly the same price as other indoor tracks I have been to AND the karts aren't shagged.

You could fit them if you know which end of a spanner to hold
There is a simple guide on here to follow - i'll find it.

I don't even think a specialist charges that much..

Average labour cost at a garage is £60 an hour, a specialist will be £160, with a car provided to use £60 is cheap.
