Mileage Question

Im on the lookout for a 2002 1.2 clio and i just wanted to know at what mileage does the car usually start having problems? I've seen a few clios with a mileage of just over 50,000, but should i be looking at ones with around 30-40k ??

Obviously depends on the car really like how its been treated etc. If you can get a lower mileage one then probably better but depends what you can afford. I sold my old 1.2 with 66k and it never had any problems bar a few niggles when it was still in warranty.

mines on ~54 now as far as i know (clock broke at 17k) and its been pretty reliable untill recently, ive had the thing about 2 years and fixed all its problems when i got it, but its started to develop some shitty new ones. Little htings though which turn into big things. Id get one on about 30k tbh.

My car is on 57k had the usual wear and tear but had all that replaced. No major problems though.
