my mate luke at jabba sport ordered me a milltek system 2 days ago, it came yesterday and he said he could fit it for me today.
yesterday he sent me this pic of it... i was soooooo excited!

so i took it to jabba sport thismorning nice and early to be greeted by luke. he said 'yep, i can do it thismorning at some point. leave it with me' ...
2 hours (or less) later i got this photo

i was pissing my pants by this time! lol. couldn't wait to finish work and pick it up.

im really impressed with the system, its a nice sound. noticable... but not silly loud. and it looks great too

lol, i removed the C L I O badge 2 weeks ago... but it took some paint/filler off where i had a dent and the old fixing holes. so i stuck it back on. next job is to remove the clio badge and get it re-filled/painted. im leaving the mk3 rs badges on tho.

the more i look at it, the more the standard tailpipes look too small and lost in the bumper cut-outs! the milltek fills the semi-circle perfectly!

sounds awesome. i had a decat with the standard system but i took it off at MOT time. never noticed any difference at all with it fitted to the standard system. maybe its just me tho?

thanks. its not cut down at all. i used either myliscenceplates.com of fancyplates. i cant remember. but they will make you a numberplate ANY size you want to the mm!! i measured round a border on a numberplate so the letters would be standard size just less plastic. they didn't cost much either!

i may stick one back on. its just the hassle of bloody dash lights on that annoys me! does the fault analysis on the car cancel it out (when you turn the key with the select/option stalk button on) or do you have to get a code re-setter?

diag will never reset fault codes

you'll need to flash it to clear the fault, but it's only a matter of time before it occurs again

yeah, im going to try and make the meet hopefully see you there

the 182's are nice and easy to change the cat. 172 are a totally different story! lol.

LOL.. same job on both 172/182 mate. both are easy 25 min job!

make sure you use a new fitting kit though when you re-attach the decat, it's about 15 notes for the kit from a dealership.

you WILL need to swap it for an MOT, i had to have it done too... imo it's the best sub-£100 mod you can buy!

I have just ordered one of these, this morning from K-tec good choice??
My 182 exhaust is buggered it is making a rather embarassing noise so its staying on the drive until i can get the Miltek fitted
