they deploy them at idiotic times..... they should be waiting down by the first bend as they come over the start and finish line...
Sometimes you can't make the call until the last minute though... what should they do? Wait another lap?

tbh yellow flags normaly mean slow down and caution so how the f**k they manage to crash is beyond me as there not ment to be over taking (1st vid) and theres blatently a yellow flag being waved further down the track before the pace car (2nd vid) cant really blame the pace car.
