Mini PC thing to run photobooth

i know nothing about them, but could one of those mini PC things run a photo booth?

so have the photobooth software installed on the PC, running a touchscreen, run a second touch screen to review photos, control a DSLR camera, camera flash and connected to the web to upload to social media?
