Well last night, i went out for a drink with the girlfriend, got back to the car about 10.30pm and this happened (pictures taken this morning)
Pretty gutted (again) to say the least. I am 99% sure i know who did it...drunk chavs!
Spotted a group of probably 3 lads and 2 girls, who had just been confronted by a couple of 30(?) year olds, built like rugby players, who apparently had some abuse shouted at them by these chavs, they look like they were about to have it out with these chavs... Went over and asked if anyone had seen anything, no luck at all, but still thought it was the chavs.
I went into the chinese takeaway which was near where the car was parked (it was a side street) they knew something had happened as they said, the guy who locked up the shop next door (bargain booze!!) heard a bang and saw a group of youths walk off, so my guess was the chavs had come out of the bargain booze for more alcohol, and kicked the mirror straight off, then they decided to abuse these 30 year olds.....
Then......you wont believe this, they stopped a car that had turned round at the top of the road, asked the driver to wind the window down, they said something to the driver, and the driver sped off, and these chavs, started running after this car, shouting f**cking come on then etc etc, then must have ran a good quarter mile after this car, which was already long gone?!?!? what the hell?! like they were going to catch a speeding car :S
Anyway, i asked the chinese takeaway owner if there was any cctv in the area, there isnt any
and there was no one else about to ask.
Any ideas how much its going to cost to get it fully repaired?!
