Misfire, lumpy idle issues

Hi Guys,

My 172 cup has decided to be a nuisance and develop some problems, problems started when it was sat on the drive for a month or so with very little use, when my car idles now it is very rough and shaking alot more than before, also its very hesitant when just starting up and will struggle to pull away in low revs, sometimes it will struggle to pick up revs at all and will misfire throughout the rev range and sound like a subaru.

However often once the car is warm the misfiring will disappear and will rev completely fine, but the rough idle is always still there

So far ive changed the coil pack and HT leads and still the problem is there

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Any advice on checking injectors? am i right in saying unplug each one and see which has no effect on engine noise

Yeah, borrowed brand new genuine renault coil pack and leads from a friend

Im sensing dampness or water has got in somewhere while the car has been stood

Had this on my 306 gti-6 after it sat for 8 weeks and it turned out to be a lambda sensor

Think the problem has been solved, just unplugged each injector one by one, each one made a difference in engine sound except for injector number 1 which when unplugged made no difference at all
