Hey guys I think I've got a misfire on my 172 cup. It's hesitating to rev at the lower end, but frees up a little around 3.5k. Does this sound like a misfire and what could I do to check?

Misfire?

Took the car up the road and noticed the exhaust gas light on and the thing stinks of egg, not got a new cat or anything so I'm thinking lambda sensor too. Bloody thing.
Right bit of an update, it seems I'm missing the ducting going from the side of the air box and the exhaust pops too on idle. I've got a video too so hopefully someone will be able to give a more detailed answer. I've tried a coil pack and it's not that.
