was driving up the road in my 182, all of a sudden started spluttering and warning light on dash, could this be my plugs are f#*@????

could be anything. It would be easier to plug it in to diagnostics to narrow it down. Is it doing it all the time, or is this a one off?

it just started out the blue last night but is always doin it now with the occasional backfire.

Coil is the most likely cause BUT as Jonny pointed out above it could be anything and really you need a proper diagnostic session to say for sure as guessing can get pricey and on items like coil packs you won't get your money back if you buy it, use it and find it doesn't fix it... electrical items aren't warranted like that from most autofactors or Renault.

all sorted now, changed plugs, coil pack, ht leads and injector!! up and running like a dream again! thanks for all advice
