Be fine, just make the rear pressures lower to accomodate the lower grip on the rear due to the evo's not being as good
 
i've seen people do well, and others not so from this (i remember one shared drive at a sprint - one guy was very good and quick; t'other kept spinning)

its just bloody logic. fronts are gonna get hotter and thus end up softer, so a harder compound is needed.
