guys and girls need sum help...

my fog lights in my front bumper dont work. bulbs=fine, fuse=fine, all wires from engine bay to light are fine. me and the old man think its somthing to do with the switch as the icon on the dash doesnt light up. any ideas or past advice on this?

also come to think of it, my little trip computer won't change, it stays on mileage. could these problems be interlinked?
