mk1 3 bolt airbox fixing!

which mk1 clios had 3 bolts on the airbox lid instead of 2 coz i have a pipercross 3 bolt fixment and im just wonderign which mk1's this fits.

it varies, a bit like the suspension strut issue (52 or 54mm spacing).

so what are you saying? that it is totally random whether it is 3 or 2 bolts?

yep pretty much.

I had a phase 1, and it had a 3 bolt throttle body, and my mate had a phase 1 also, same year, and it had a 2 bolt throttle body.

I guess thats why when you look for a suitable Induction kit, it doesn't state what year range, its just a case of looking for yourself.
