Mk1 fog light covers

Does anyone know where I can get fog light covers for the mk1 clio?

I'm not sure I've ever seen any for sale but they clearly exist - that said, I've a feeling the cars in those pics have fitted aftermarket lights in place of the OEM ones (which are now Hen's Teeth).
