On a valver, (you remove the air box first for access), on the front of the gearbox, there is a little filler hole. The level should be up to the filler hole with the car level. ie, when filling it through the hole, fill until it spils out.
For easier filling, fill through the breather on the top with the plug out of the filler hole.
