Are valver seats a straight swap into all mk1's?

I have a mk1 ph3 and am thinking of buying some valver seats.

Are they a lot more comfortable?

I've just swapped my mk1 RT interior for the valvers, make sure you get the runners because they were different to my RT ones.
They're very comfortable and hold you better around corners, there are 4 bolts holding them in underneath the car aswell as a few torx screws inside the car.
