MK2 172 sidestrips onto MK1 172

Going to fit them tonight but wondered how the old ones come off. Do they slide or pull off. Renault didnt provide any extra fixings so I take it I dont need any!

fronts slide back, backs slide forwards.

you need to open the doors, clips are attached to the strips.
