mk2 ph1 radio problem

I reset my battery and now my radio just says "code". i have the code but it will not allow me to enter anything. Any ideas on how i can fix this problem?

whats that link ment to mean norm??

right clio 1.2 you can enter the code using the button or the steering wheel controls, have you tried both methods?
