Mk2 Ph2 clio tugging when starting off

recently as i've been leaving my house my car has started to tug even when i put my foot fully down. it still revs but doesnt pick up much speed and feels like somethings trying to slow it down. it happens for 20seconds or so then continues as normal... any ideas on what the problem could be?

also, when i press the accelerator i hear a short hiss before i speed up from the drivers side of the engine... again, any ideas on whats wrong?

Tugging a wire under the bonnet?

Either the ecu bracket has damaged the loom or your coil pack is on it's last legs

No, I mean tugging like it has no power dont think its a cable
