Mk2 wiper park issue, removed original loom and uch

Can anyone help please? I have removed all original wiring loom including UCH and am in the process of making a new one but carnt get the wipers to return to park when operating. I have tried an additional permanent power supply which did not solve the problem.

Any help would be much appreciated.
