Mk3 Cup Spoiler without the blades?

Has anyone got any pics of the Mk3 Cup spoiler fitted without the side blades?

I don't like the look of the blades, no spoiler doesn't look right to me (had a 200 with no spoiler before) and don't want the faff etc of removing a Cup spoiler then fitting a GT spoiler or similar.

Might look good / okay with some blanks for the holes?

Would look weird without them. Not that I like the cup spoiler anyway. I much prefer the Elia spoiler.

That looks ace mate!

Like a V6 / Trophy spoiler on the 182; bigger is better! Flush with the car's lines and without the gaps to the roof of the Cup spoiler.

Did you put one on yours? Just some Tiger seal I believe; screws are optional it seems.

Does the brake light connect easily to the original connector?

It won't look right. The end of the spoiler is flat and square cornered as there's a recess in the end plates so just plugging the holes isn't going to make it look good.

I can take the side blades off mine on Thursday when I am at my lockup and share the pictures..

Not sure it will look good but happy to be a test dummy

I like it without! Some 3D print to fill in the shape of the end recesses and holes to stick on for a flush no holes look 👌

Have you ever seen different coloured blades? As I am thinking that would look decent with different coloured bolts

Any ideas what size the bolts are?

Those look like self tapping wood screws not bolts.

I am planning to have my car with candy red wheels and fixings, so will give the end plates a test run with a wrap and see if it looks max power or better
