MK3 HID KIt

firstly forgive me for asking this im sure its been covered before but I used the search button and my results didnt give me my answer.

what bulb type do I need for a mk3 as pictured below I think its H7 but its too tight to get it out to see and i dont fancy taking the bumper off.

Also will i need any relays or anything to get the kit working or is it just plug and play?

H7 i think. Its in the handbook. Mine were H1 for the Black projector type

At least get projector headlights if you want HIDs so you don't blind people!

H1 for the projectors and H7s for reflector lights.

As youve said its a tight fit, if you can find somewhere to but the ballasts within reach then great. Wish id taken the bumper off mine

Bumper off job makes life so easy !! onlt take 10 mins to get it off if that !
