mk3 rear end prob

ive got a 58 plate 1.2 clio, lowered 45mm on h&rs, did have 2 12inch subs in boot but have now took them out, ive noticed when i was out in the car tonight the back end is a bit twitchy not so much on bends but on roads with holes in the road and slightly bumpy, any ideas what this could be

my car as standard is like this mate... i think its just the car ive done around 32k mile

maybe the extra weigh helped? ive only noticed mine in the last month its gotten so bad i've tried not to break if im anywhere near a pothole or a bump in the road as the car goes nuts each time quite scary tbh
