This was my old 200t about 4 years ago.
@Starlet_gt I do like them in silver, you don’t see many anyway but silver seem to be rarer still!

It was a lovely colour. I had it for two years but I never gelled with it like I did with my 197.

I’m going to be entering into Mk4 trophy ownership soon. Can’t wait.

Ive driven a couple. @rs 1an has let me drive both his 200t and his 220 trophy. I absolutely loved every minute of driving them.
Fingers crossed I’ll be in a position but just after Christmas.
My must haves are a black or LY car with Akrapovic and leather. I’d really like black pack and RS monitor as well but might settle for one without if the right one comes along. I want a low mileage example as well.
Good choice on the options. Definitely worth waiting for the spec you want, although RS monitor can be added to Rlink and also there is a place in Telford that can rework the exhaust. The guy is a complete wizard with these cars!

I’ve been on here for years since I first got my 182, haven’t really been on for a long while so thought I’d log back in and see what’s going on. In the time I’ve been away I’ve had a 200T.
I’ve just added Maxton splitter and spoiler to it. Looking to get the side skirts now as well.
Also got some black badges on the way and looking to remove the CLIO lettering on the boot when they arrive.
And a sneaky photo of my three cars taken the morning after I collected it! Any excuse and it features the 200T! [emoji12]
After a black 182 and 197, it had to be LY this time.

Got to be the best colour for the 200t! Really jealous of it!
I think you should practice on my black 200t to see if you can do anything with the paint before you get one 😉

There's hardly any on here it feels sometimes which I find odd as I think they're fantastic and I've been through them all.
You can tell I like it as I hardly wash it, have about 5 pictures of it because I just like driving it, and it gets driven harder than my others have been for some reason.

Rubbish mpg? I average 34mpg which I don’t think is bad at all, On a motorway run it’ll easily return 40mpg.
Wowsers!! I can get 40 on the motorway but my daily drive is only short when I use her at the minute and my mpg is reading 27! And I drive like a granny EVERYWHERE!

I think a lot of people were put off by the auto box.

I quite like the auto box, especially with it being a daily driver, very smooth driving.
I didn't have a few too many beers one night over Christmas and woke up to an order confirmation for the entire Maxton kit, at all (spoiler, splitter, skirts and rear spats). No rush to get it fitted with the weather being so grim, something for the Spring.
I ordered some oil to change the gearbox oil. Sod doing it in these temperatures though!!

@RSRowe And a lot of people who had never driven it slatted it for the auto box without having first hand experience.
I liked it and it's replacement is also a Renault with an edc box, which is a nice box. If you use the paddles it changes are very smooth and way quicker than a manual.

Wish i had never sold it (although at the time i had to) a genuinely fantastic car, jack of all trades, just as engaging as ANY RS car I've ever driven or owned.
I ended up with a few months of a 250 mile commute a few days a week and it was just as impressive at that as it was at terrorising Scottish backroads!

Love this one, black pack, Andy did you buy this from Rawlinson Renault at Bury St Edmunds as the day i collected my silver one they had one like this on display in the showroom, think it may have been used as a demo car by them.

Hi Ian, no I bought it from Renault Orpington in November 2018. I do believe though that it was a showroom car as I did find a photo of it in the showroom on there website. It had 21 miles on the clock when I picked it up.

Fair play on your memory. I used to be the West Midlands Area Rep many moons ago. Unfortunately the 172Cup went to the scrap yard in the sky back in 2009, so got a Megane Coupe (1.6) got bored within 12 months, then got a titanium silver 182 (which I still have!) She's been upgraded in terms of kit, Recaros and a few other bits, but is a garage queen. Was looking for a new daily driver and saw my 220, so went for it.
I went to and set up a fair few meets over the years. But I think times have changed a hell of a lot since then.

And then fitted the black diamonds yesterday!
Loving the small changes I’ve made over the last couple of weeks. Subtle but adds a little something.
I think the next thing is removing the Clio lettering from the boot lid. I’ve been thinking about it for a while but keep changing my mind!
