MMS Help please

Been sent a picture message and it wont let me see it, the only option it gives me is to retrieve, so I select that and it says service unavailable :dapprove:

Anyone know what I need to do to be able to fix it please ..

Are you sure its a picture thats been sent and not a video that isnt in a format compatible with your phone?

Its eitehr a pic or a vid but there is no reason why it should not be compatable .. couldnt view a pic message I was sent the other day either .. got the same error

Can you get on the internet with your phone Marie?
What network and what phone is this?

Erm never tried getting on the net with it tbh I only use it for calls and texts .. its a samsung E900 on o2

Call O2 Maz, they'll send you a text with the MMS settings, when you read the text it will install the correct setup.

you can do it via their website too Maz. That's what I was going to suggest if the PC hadn't crashed, lol!

Arrgghh its doing it again and I have got the settings from o2 again ..

Ring 02 you might find that MMS and WAP has been deactivated on your account.
