Mobil 3,000 5/40

Basically is the oil any good for my 172 i can get alot of it for free from work.

Anyone know if its any good .

what's the spec on the bottle? Should say something like

ACEA A3

etc etc

Im not in work at the moment mate so couldnt tell you . Thats all it says is mobil 3,000 5w/40
