Modification Friendly insurance companies?

What companies are there out there that dont rape you for modifications?

quinne direct. they wont charge you providing its only body mods

Adrian Flux, any non power adding mods are free.
Also, with me, for having a modified car my insurance was cheaper than a standard one.

I went with DirectLine for my first year of driving just to get some NCB. Ive now switched to Adrian Flux who dont charge me anything for cosmetic mods. You can do anything other than increase BHP free of charge as Pepsi has said above.

Do they class things such as an aftermarket exhaust/filter as a power increase?

The affect engine performance so yes they would be chargeable modifications.

Tbh a stainless steel exhaust replacement (when the standard one falls off) & a cleanable panel filter dont exactly alter the power do they ...

That's what I told HIC and they noted it as such...and they're very mod-friendly.

Cant wait to change insurers, Direct line are cnuts for mods, Cant have any.

Want to move to Adrian flux.
