Looking to change the air filter, should I go for a induction kit?

If so, what type gives the best performance?

Also looking to change the standard 172 exhaust, can any one suggest a good replacement which won't cost to much?

Lowering springs,is it safe to go 40mm on 182 16's?

maxogen induction kit , yozzasport ragnotti and H&R coilovers .
