The Modus is a Clio. Therefore they should fit no problem.

our system doesnt tell us offset and pcd, just part numbers, id be very surprised if they didnt fit tbh

Given that the Modus/Clio/Micra/Note are the same car underneath, I'd be very, very surprised if the wheels didn't fit. Why would they alter the PCD for no reason?

If you buy them and they don't fit, I'll personally give you a tenner. That's how sure I am.

I've seen a Modus test mule with Clio MK3 and Megane Nervasport wheels on (yes all at once!) so they should definitely fit!
