i am thinking to compress my apex another 20 mm ,than fit with koni shockers.any recommendations?

Buy coilovers? lol I wouldnt bother messing around with springs. You dont want them snapping under hard cornering.

yes but coilovers only drop 20 mm more than apex anyway

If you are looking to lop off a coil or compress the spring by using a steel cable-tie or similar you're a monkey and tbh if you have a nasty accident as a result you deserve it.
