Ok,so been down to see Bic and Merv agian today!! Few pics to illustrate my day!!

Door cards off

New templates made for the cards

Brew time... Spot the well hidden other 197 products being finished!!!

With time to look at how Merv vac bags some door bullets and 172 foglamp surrounds, painstakingly pushing any remaining air out and capuring any detail on the products

The (nearly) finished door cards!!! Note the window switches poking out the top untill some custom ones are made, so before you say it.... NO they wont stay like that!!
