what is the most bhp out of a modified 172 and that has not got a turbo? interested to know whos got the most power out of it. and what mods they did?

ive got 180 out of mine with very little mods to engine.
Damed straight. Everone likes a "Good exhaust" !!

Ive given up bothering to mod my 172. Theres bugger all point unless you throw a shed load of money at them.

like the clio though got the cash put bits apieces on mine not quick enough dont want to give up ok mine looks the part but want it to be a quick one

Roamers Tb iewas RR at 212 with more to go with some more mods I think he has planned (head work?)
But there was another forum user with ~215hp without t/b just cleaning the head + cams remap etc.
There have been a user with 240hp supercharged one and two users with turbo 260hp versions. But they were mainly users posting as an advettiment for the compnay rather than long term users.
