Just went into my local garage

And was quoted £209.01 for a full service and MOT

is that good?

In my opinion, no.

I'm getting my first MOT and service this year and im paying £165 for the Full Service and MOT by Kwik Fit.

£165 for a full service +mot is cheap!!!

until you go back and the bodgers at kwik fit have dreamt up things why your car will not pass the mot

and in the end more in the region of £500!! my advice and nearly every other member on here will tell you the same steer clear of kwik fit!

Hi dont use kwikfit, i have 182 booked in just for MOT and ended up just shy of 400quid and girlfriend appranetly needed full exhaust system!

I've just found somewhere even cheaper to do my Service and MOT.

£149 for full service and MOT.

Thats from Trade2U in Milton Keynes, Bletchley.

This is a local garage that I use a lot and they are fantastic, dont know why I didnt go to them in the first place. I've cancelled mine with Kwik Fit but £200 is a rip off.

I used kwik fit for my MOT, and they did me well, it's the case of some are good and some are very bad.

I don't trust garages, I'm always convinced they make stuff up that's wrong.

Heard a lot of sob stories about kwik fit so buyer beware.
