my mot is due soon - just wondered does it matter if you have it done after the date that its meant to be done by, just incase the garage cant fit me in

ye u kinda need one basically says yer cars road worthy for if u get pulled.

u are allowed to drive the car if it has no mot but only to take it for its test i believe

You can book it in before its needed.

You can book it in up to a month before its needed and mot will continue from when the old one expires, but you ccan't do it afterwards unless you are gonna not drive it.

You are only allowed to drive a car without an MOT on teh road if it is going to a pre-booked MOT test
