MOT - Jack and Harnesses

Car  S2000
I'm going to MOT the hybrid tomorrow hopefully but just a quick question. I know you don't need to have a spare wheel - but if you don't have one do you still need to have a jack and wheelbrace?

Also, I have harnesses and also the original seatbelt but they share some of the same mounting points - is that ok from an MOT point of view?

Cheers.

You will be fine on the belts.

As for the Spare wheel/jack etc, it is not legally needed but if there is one in there, it needs to be roadworthy.

Sorry I might not have been clear, I know I don't need to have a spare wheel and won't have one in the car for the MOT. What I was wondering though is if I still need to have a jack and wheelbrace in the car even if I don't have a spare.
