MOT question about front light help

Right i have a little problem i have 8k h.i.d light on my car and they are in a normal dynamique headlight will this make me fail my MOT or should i pass with them in?

i doubt you will get a certain answer for this one, as many people say they will and they wont, from what ive heard i think it depends on the garage

It depends on the headlight itself and wether its able to put the beam out and not have a load of scatter 90% of headlights cant lol, Hence why they have the glass projector on the xenons i'm led to believe!
