I cant get my car into the garage i trust for an MOT till next monday but my MOT expires on Wednesday....what would happen if i was caught driving my car without an MOT ???

so long as you can prove that your going to the garage for an mot i think you are ok iirc but i would check

Its not that i was ment to be goin up to kirrie to get springs fitted on the saturday :/ bu i might set it for next week since i wont have an MOT till the monday....Knowing my luck id get caught

it's pot luck , if you get a good copper .....you're lucky , if you get a miserable one , oh dear ???

no m.o.t also invalidates your insurance too .......

you are allowed to drive a vehicle by the most direct route to a pre-booked MOT (and straight back home with a fail certificate.)

Anything else is an offence.
