lol school boy error .. oh well, just living on the edge, paha. Lets just hope there isnt anybody on here who would get me done before tommorow .. hmmmm But yeh one more day of driving should be blaggable ... i hope!

iirc if you have booked the car into a garage then its ok to drive, last year sometimes mum ran out of MOT and i noticed so booked the car in for the next day and was still allowed to drive, Garage confirmed that to us,.

Really, okay cheers fella .. leaves me a bit more re assured!!

i'm 99% sure if your mOT has expired you are only allowed to drive it to the MOT centre. Doesn't mean you can drive it anywhere just because you have it booked it.

Obviously if you were to be involved in an accident your insurance would also be void.

I did it for a week or two earlier in the year totally by accident. MOTs should really have postal reminders now, seen as though they are computerised.

Yer, but hopefully if i were to have an accident, we could stall the claim just for a day.
I agree with the idea of having apostal reminder for MOT like we get for tax! Would be really helpfull. I know so many people who just forget my accident.

it wouldn't make any difference. At the time of the accident you had no MOT. plus it's unlikely you'd be able to stall the claim as most insurances company must be notified of an accident with 48 hours.

just take it easy and i'm sure you'll be fine

Yer, ill leave the car for today. Or if i have to go out il be safe. Havent had any problems with this car yet .. touchwood!!!!!!!!!!!
