Motoring Convictions and Licensing Laws.

  ITB BG 182
After lookng for insurance just recently, i have been refused by a few people due to an MS50 on my license.

But when i looked at this website http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Motoring/DriverLicensing/EndorsementsAndDisqualifications/DG_10022425
it states the below.

Offence codes MS10 to MS90 must stay on a driving licence for four years from date of offence.
Well my actual offence was back in October 2006 but conviction was november 2007.
So does this mean i can now officially get it removed from my license or wait till next year as i will have to still tell insurance companies of this because most list "any for the past 5 years" thing.

  Something Not French
Seemingly all insurance companies now ask for all convictions in the last 5 years. Getting it removed won't help in this instance, as you'll still have to declare it.
